Rock Tite Porcelain Primer is a high-strength, fibre-reinforced, polymer-modified cement-based primer. Specially formulated to improve adhesion on the underside of porcelain and low-absorption paving, it ensures a secure and lasting bond. Suitable for external use, it performs exceptionally well in domestic and heavily trafficked areas. Easy to mix with water, it provides a reliable, professional-grade finish every time.

Road Surface: The delivery area must be solid — tarmac, concrete, or block paving. No delivery can be made on gravel, grass, or uneven ground.
Vehicle Access: Access must be obstacle-free with a hard, flat surface and a gate or entrance wide enough for large vehicles.
Redelivery Charges: If delivery fails due to access, unsuitable surface, or location issues, redelivery fees will apply.

60 Day Returns Easy 365-Day Exchange

Easy online 60-day returns and 365-day tile exchanges. If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform us within 2 working days of delivery. We will refund any surplus tiles in their original boxes within 60 days of the date of delivery. You will have the right to return goods if you are not happy with your selection or change your mind.

As well as our 60-day refunds and returns, we are proud to offer a 365-day exchange period. This means that even after 60 days, you are still able to return any unwanted tiles back to us within 365 days of your original purchase date for a tile exchange. These tiles must be unused, uninstalled, in good condition and in their original packaging. Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges on adhesives and grouts, only tiles. We also do not accept exchanges on clearance and end-of-the-line job lot items.
